The University of Southern California decided to convert what was a partial student and family dormitory into a full functional, 4-Star Radisson flagship property to serve all its client bases.Scope of work involved the pre-function area, executive suites, and meeting rooms. Scope of work included complete facelift to the ballroom area, lobby and public areas and exercise facilities, paint and wall covering, marble tile floors, custom millwork, electrical lighting package and FF&E.
